What have men got to worry about as they get older? You would think they would be worried about many of the various diseases causing premature death but there are three things that come top of the list:

1. Men worry about losing their virility

  • Poor Circulation
  • Poor Hormone Production
  • Lack of Regular Ejaculation
  • Possible Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

2. Prostate Enlargement Problems

  • A hesitant, interrupted or weak urine stream
  • Urgency, leaking or dribbling
  • A sense of incomplete emptying during or after urination
  • More frequent urination, especially at night
  • Possible Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
  • Starting at aged 25 and up to 90% by aged 80.

3. Prostate Cancer

  • Second largest cause of cancer deaths
  • Vasectomy increases cancer risk
  • High sugar foods and drinks increase cancer risk
  • Medical system has no cures
  • Medical Treatments may increase erectile dysfunction (ED) risk
  • Medical Treatments cause many other serious side effects

Don’t sit down for more than 3 hrs per day.

  • Walk for 90-120 mins per day.
