How Vitamin C Keeps You Healthy As You Get Older

From this particular study, the researchers concluded that older people who eat plenty of Vitamin C in their diet have the best skeletal muscle mass. Meanwhile, those with the highest amounts of Vitamin C in their diet or blood have the greatest skeletal muscle mass, compared to those with the lowest amounts.
