Whilst my last email about the dangers of wheat and cereals made a big impression on many, it also upset a few others.

I guess they may not realise that one of the side effects of eating grains is their addictive quality and no one knows that more than me.

I am still addicted to them, the desire never really goes away but I have found good substitutes (healthy alternatives) such as almond flour, coconut flour and quinoa.
